| Requirements: 1. Personel & Industrial Relation Manager * Maximum 35 years old * Degree holder from reputable university (preferably majoring Law) * Minimum 5 years of human resources management experience * Good understanding on Indonesian Labor Law * Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills 2. Contracts Manager * Bachelor Degree in Engg. With specialization course in contract management is preferred (but not compulsory) * Experiences min 10- 12 years with minimum 5 years experience in a contracts in high value projects. * Preferably 30 years – 35 years * Should be conversant with procedure of issue of “Notice Inviting Tender”, Evaluation of tenders, commercial negotiation etc. * Should be conversant with various commercial issues of high value construction/EPC contracts and drafting Particular Terms and Conditions w.r.t specific Contract requirement. * Should have experience of handling claims with proper justifications in line with contract terms & conditions. * Should have experience in handling Change Orders. * Should have experience in other areas of Contract Administration like handling Bank Guarantees, certifying invoices w.r.t. terms and conditions of contract, analyzing contract budget status at various stages of contract, especially for long duration contracts. * Should have knowledge of FIDIC terms & conditions/ Letter of Credits/ Incoterms * Should be capable of drafting contracts as per FIDIC terms and conditions. 3. Head Of Merchandiser * A single male/female with max age of 28 years old * Min D3- S1 degree in related field (1,2) * Have no less than 2 year experience (1); 1 year experience (2) in similar position with deep knowledge in retail management at fashion industry * Computer literate (1,2) * Attention to detail & trustworthy with pleasant personality (1,2) * Posses outstanding communication, analytical & leadership skills (1) We offer attractive remuneration package, training opportunity and good career prospect to the right candidates.
