JW MARRIOTT, SURABAYA : Director of Human Resources Has the experience as DHR at 5-stars hotel minimum of 2 years. Functions as the property’s Strategic Human Resource Business Partner. Develops and implements goals and strategies that serve to attract, develop and retain diverse premiere talent which enables the successful implementation of hotel strategies. Utilizes a Human Resource Business Plan aligned with hotel and brand strategies to deliver HR services that enable business success. As a member of the executive committee develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property associates and provide a return on investment to the owner and Marriott International.
Training Manager Has the experience as a Training Manager for a minimum of 2 years Able to analyze training needs in the hotel and prioritize such needs based on general conditions of the hotel. Has the skill to developing and implementing various training and development programs to meet identified needs and ensure service quality, profit enhancement and employees’ security and safety.
Director of Sales & Marketing Has the experience as Director of Sales and Marketing at 5-star hotel for a minimum of 3 years Functions as the strategic business leader of the hotel’s Sales and Marketing Department and is responsible for property reactive sales, proactive account sales and segment sales, local and social catering sales and business travel sales The position shares responsibility for achieving revenue goals, guest and employee satisfaction and the financial performance of the department. Proactively positions and markets the property. Manages the marketing budget to enable development of hotel specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet property objectives. As a member of the Executive Committee, develops and implements hotel–wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer profile and property employees
