Now you have an opportunity for the position of: Director of Loss Prevention Skills and Knowledge * Extensive experience with and knowledge of Loss Prevention operational procedures * Knowledge of emergency plans, safety and security guidelines * Effective decision making skills & Influence Skills. * Strong problem-solving skills * Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect department * Knowledge of civil laws pertaining to hotels * Ability to effectively manage labor productivity, good presentation & platform skills. * Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) * Strong organization skills and analytical skills * Strong customer and associate relation skills * Good training/facilitator skills * Knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards (OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, PA) preferred Education or Certification * High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred * Ability to pass a criminal history background check * First Aid and CPR certification * Certified Lodging Security Director of Certified Protection Professional preferred General requirements: * Having strong leadership with good communication skill in English (both written and spoken) * Enjoy routine in operation work and able to work under pressure * Able to work flexible hour and independently with variety of tasks simultaneously If you are interested, send your application letter along with your CV to: robby.fachri@marriott.com before 15 December 2009.
